action

season 1

Actually only the wealthiest and most respected young women get access to the elite student union Kappa Kappa Tau, but university dean Cathy Munsch changes this and now every student can be admitted. So does Grace Gardner. But this does not suit the queen of the connection, Chanel Oberlin, at all. She and her lackeys, the Chanels, make it their business to make life hell for Grace and the other newcomers. When, however, a gruesome series of murders appears to be related to a death 20 years ago in which a Kappahaus member sister gave birth to a child in a bathtub and then bled to death because her friends wanted to enjoy a party instead of helping her, starts on campus, the fun is over.

At first, the sex of the child is unknown, but later it turns out that it was not just a baby, but twins, a boy and a girl. After most of the new fraternity trainees are killed, the identity of the conspirators comes to light; Mastermind Gigi, the new friend of Grace's father Weston, is the sister of the girl who took the twins after the mother's death, but who killed herself shortly afterwards. Gigi was admitted to the madhouse with a nervous breakdown, where she drilled the two babies from an early age to later become professional serial killers and thus carry out the ultimate plan of revenge. It later turns out that Weston is the father of the twins and that they are Grace's half-siblings. The girl, Hester, who had herself turned into a Chanel, ends up being the only survivor of the conspiracy and even gets away with everything by tricking the Chanels into blaming them for the murders and putting them in a madhouse.

season 2

More than a year after the end of the first season, the former dean Munsch has become a rich and famous author and now wants to open a teaching hospital. To do this, she first hires Zayday Williams, one of the few survivors of the Wallace University murders and at the time best friend of Grace Gardner, so that she can continue her medical studies there with full funding. Furthermore, the professional surgeon and Harvard graduate Dr. Brock Holt, who is the recipient of the world's first successful hand transplant, and the young doctor Dr. Cassidy Cascade and the head nurse Ingrid Marie Hoffel as head of administration. Due to a lack of staff, Munsch is forced to also discontinue the three remaining Chanels, which have since been released thanks to a confession from Hester, but are still disinherited and impoverished.

The patients at the CURE Institute, all of whose illnesses are bizarre, are all killed by a new serial killer. He seems to be the same person who committed mass murder in this hospital 30 years ago during a company Halloween celebration. A year earlier, the admitted husband of a pregnant woman succumbed to the negligence of the attending physician and the nurse, who threw the man into the swamp adjacent to the hospital to continue enjoying the hospital staff's Halloween party. But the Halloween massacre a year later was apparently the revenge and the now 30-year-old baby of the then pregnant woman is most likely the current killer in the opinion of Zayday, Munsch and the Chanels. To help catch the killer, Hester is transferred from the madhouse to the hospital, where she also starts to work as a camouflage.

Brock Holt's hand seems to have increased aggressive spasms, as if it had developed a life of its own. The donor turns out to be a serial killer, but after an amputation it becomes clear that in reality Brock himself has murderous tendencies.

In the course of the plot it turns out that Cassidy Cascade, who is now in a relationship with Chanel number 3, is the killer and the son of the then pregnant woman; Jane Hollis. However, he's not the only one; Grace's father Weston is back to take revenge on the Chanels for his daughter's post-traumatic stress disorder caused by the Wallace murders and Sister Hoffel turns out to be the sister of one of the Wallace murder victims, for which she also wants to kill the Chanels. In the end, Cassidy and Hoffel kill Weston, and even later Hoffel kills Cassidy before she gets stuck in the swamp while trying to escape, sinks and dies.

Chanel number 5 and Zayday stay at the CURE Institute and become doctors, ex-dean Munsch becomes a sex therapist for women over 50, Brock, who was with both Munsch and Chanel for the season, moves in with Hester and the stolen one Munsch's fortune goes to a tropical island where they kill tourists and Chanel gets her own TV show with number 3 as executive producer.
