Abigail Breslin
Abigail Kathleen Breslin (born April 14, 1996 in New York City , New York ) is an American actress and musician . In 2007, at the age of ten, she was nominated for an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress. She is one of the youngest actresses to be nominated for an Oscar.
Career
Career as an actress
Abigail Breslin was already three years for advertising spots , including for Toys "R" Us , in front of the camera before 2002 in M. Career as a musician
On October 11, 2011, Nettwerk Productions released the soundtrack for the American drama film Jeanie Jones, in which Breslin played the leading role. This was completely sung by her and Alessandro Nivola . The song Fight For Me was released as a single. Between 2013 and 2014 she released the songs Christmas In New York and You Suck as single.
In spring 2015, Breslin announced plans to release their debut studio album, The World Now , together with Launch Records . The release was scheduled for June 15, 2015, but the deadline could not be met and was put on hold for the time being. On the other hand, she was part of various soundtracks several times.
On December 26, 2017, the Belgian DJ duo Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike released the song We Are Legend together with Steve Aoki , to which Breslin contributed the vocals. The song premiered in 2013 as an instrumental version. With her singing, the song was first heard in autumn 2017.
Private life
Abigail Breslin is the sister of Spencer Breslin , who is also an actor and with whom she has stood in front of the camera several times (including Love in a Detour and Suddenly Princess 2 ). In addition to her numerous film and television roles, she is involved in charitable projects, including Kids with a Cause .
