The series revolves around ex-cop Mike Olshansky (David Morse), who, after being accused of corruption and fired, now works as a taxi driver in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. However, his past as a cop doesn't let go of him. Together with his former partner, Olshansky saves numerous lives and hunts down criminals, so that he gains a reputation as an avenger.
