Christoph Jablonka

Christoph Jablonka (born February 11, 1956 in Munich ) is a German actor and voice actor . He gained particular fame as the second voice of Homer Simpson from the Simpsons after Norbert Gastell died in 2015. He is also the German voice in the videos of the YouTube channel Things Explained - Kurzgesagt .

Life

Jablonka was born in Munich in 1956. He had his first engagements as a theater actor in the late 1970s . He also had his first experiences as a voice actor in the late 1970s; since the beginning of 2000 he has been working in this field. One of his best-known roles is Patrick Warburton as Jeff Bingham in Rules of Engagement . Jablonka caused a stir in August 2016 as the successor to Norbert Gastell as Homer Simpson in The Simpsons . He works as a "station voice" for the pay broadcaster Sky . As an audio book-Speaker he could also make a name for himself; he read in all of Andreas Izquierdos' works , for example " The Club of Dream Dancers", "Das Glücksbüro" or " Romeo & Romy" .
