Tim Sander
Tim Sander (born July 27, 1978 in East Berlin ) is a German actor , voice actor and musician .
Career
Sander was in Germany mainly through his portrayal of Kai Scholl in the daily RTL - soap opera Gute Zeiten known that he played between 1998 and 2002. Since then, he has been in front of the camera for feature films and television series mainly produced by ProSieben . Tim Sander lent his voice to the role of Haku in the film Spirited Away . He also appeared in front of the camera as a guest actor in Edel & Starck , SOKO Leipzig and Sternenfänger . Tim Sander's father, Rüdiger Sander , also embodied his film father in good times, bad times . The voice actress Peggy Sander is his sister.
From 2006 to 2007 Sander was seen in the second season of Sat.1 - Telenovela Verliebt in Berlin .
In 2012 Sander shot the docu-comedy Tim Sander goes to Hollywood under the direction of Andreas Schaap . Sander bets his friend Matthias Schweighöfer that he'll be able to get a role in a Hollywood film within just four weeks. When betting profit is him Matthias a role in his feature film circuit makers in view. Together with his three best friends, Tim is now on the way to Los Angeles to make his dream come true and to win the bet. The film was first published as a 10-part web series on MyVideo and then in an extended version on DVD.
Since 2014 Sander has also been increasingly active as a musician. He is the singer and songwriter of the indie pop band Team Amateur , who released their debut album Feuer und Freizeit on the independent label Rummelplatzmusik in 2014 , which was a critical success and gave the band numerous radio airplays and TV presence. Sander also produces abstract, electronically influenced hip-hop under the name “T der Bär” and is also under contract with Rummelplatzmusik for this project.
