Oliver Rutledge Hudson (born September 7, 1976 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American actor .

life and career

Oliver Hudson was born in 1976 in Los Angeles to Goldie Hawn and William Louis "Bill" Hudson. He is the older brother of actress Kate Hudson and has four other half-siblings, including actor Wyatt Russell . He has been married to actress Erinn Bartlett since June 9, 2006 . The two have two sons (* 2007, 2010) and a daughter (* 2013).

So far, he has played major television appearances in series such as Dawson's Creek or Rules of Engagement . In the second, third and first part of the fourth season of Nashville , he took on a larger supporting role as Jeff , Rayna's ( Connie Britton ) new boss at her record label. Hudson played at the World Series of Poker 2005 and lost all of his stake in the first hand.
