The DeBusk Scarp is a steep-walled, approx. 300 m high cliff of approx. 3 km length on the Wilkins coast of the Palmerland on the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises on the south side of the mouth of the Bingham Glacier in the Larsen Ice Shelf .
Hubert Wilkins photographed the formation during an overflight in 1928. Scientists from the United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939-1941) surveyed the area in 1940. Another visit was made as part of the Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (1947-1948). Its leader Finn Ronne named the cliff after Clarence Kizer DeBusk (1898–1950), representative of the Chamber of Commerce in Beaumont , Texas , who helped with the preparations for the Ronne expedition.
