The Delftse Poort (also Gebouw Delftse Poort ) is a skyscraper in Rotterdam . The building, designed by the Dutch architect Abe Bonnema, was constructed between 1988 and 1991. The opening took place in May 1992. Until May 2009, at 151 meters, it was the tallest building in Rotterdam and the tallest in the Netherlands. The main tenant is the Dutch insurance company Nationale-Nederlanden . The whole complex consists of two parts: Delftse Poort 1 and Delftse Poort 2 . Delftse Poort 2 has a height of 93 meters and 25 floors.
