Della Pascoe

Della Pascoe ( Della Patricia Pascoe, née James; born March 28, 1949 in Portsmouth ) is a former British sprinter .

At the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City, she reached the semi-finals over 100 m .

Starting for England , she reached the semi-finals over 100 m and 200 m at the British Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh in 1970 . In 1971 she was eliminated from the European Athletics Championships in Athens over 200 m in the preliminary run.

At the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, she was seventh in the 4 x 100 meter relay and reached the quarter-finals over 200 m .

In 1972 she became English champion over 100 m. She was English indoor champion in 1967 over 60 m and 1969 over 200 m.

She is married to hurdler Alan Pascoe .
