The Delpssee is a high mountain lake in the Karwendel in Tyrol .
The shallow lake lies in a hollow between the ridge of the Baumgartenjoch in the south, the Stierjoch in the east and the Schafreuter in the west. The Krottenbach flows through it in a west-north direction. It flows over a steep ridge in Bavarian territory into the Krottenbachtal .
Access to the lake is possible either from the west, descending from the Tölzer Hütte, or ascending through the Krottenbachtal as an alpine mountain hike. In addition to the almost circular main lake, the lake has a second lake eye.
