Career
society
Demba Sow played for Le Havre AC from 2011 to 2014 , but was never used in its first team. For the second team he was used 21 times and scored two goals. He then moved to ESM Gonfreville.
National team
Sow has been playing for the Mauritanian national team since 2013 . He made his debut on September 8, 2013 as part of a friendly against Canada , the game ended goalless (0-0). In qualifying for the 2015 African Cup of Nations, he scored his first international goal in a 2-0 away win against Mauritius .
