Denis Perger (born June 10, 1993 in Ptuj ) is a Slovenian football player . He has been under contract with NŠ Drava Ptuj since summer 2015 .

Career

Perger first played for NK Drava Ptuj , for whom he played three first division games at the age of 16 . At the beginning of 2010 he was loaned for six months to the Italian club FC Parma , in whose U-17 team he played. This was followed by a season with Ptuj in the Druga Liga . After the dissolution of NK Drava Ptuj in 2011, he moved to the first Slovenian league for FC Koper , where he was regularly in the squad, but could not conquer a regular place. In the summer of 2013 he was in trial training at Borussia Dortmund, among others , but he signed a two-year contract with SC Freiburg . Shortly thereafter, Perger was loaned to third division club SV Wehen Wiesbaden , where he was initially a regular in the left defender position. In the second half of the season, however, he was only used by the second team in the Hessen League . After the loan ended, he was part of the squad of the second team of SC Freiburg for a year, but was only used occasionally in the Regionalliga Südwest . At the beginning of August 2015, Perger moved to newly promoted NŠ Drava Ptuj in the second Slovenian league.
