Denis Sidorenko

Denis Sidorenko ( Belarusian Дзяніс Сідарэнка ; born March 10, 1976 in Minsk ) is a Belarusian diplomat .

Life

From 1996 to 1997 Sidorenko took part in an international program of the Institute for Political Studies in Paris for political and social sciences and graduated with a diploma. He graduated with honors in 1998 from the Faculty of International Relations of the Belarusian State University in Minsk.

He joined the Belarus Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1998 and worked in the Department for Pan-European Cooperation in the Department for Europe. In 2002 he became Deputy Head of the Permanent Delegation of the Republic of Belarus to the OSCE in Vienna . He returned to Belarus in 2005 and took over as head of the OSCE and Council of Europe unit in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In 2009 he went to the Belarusian embassy in Austria as envoy counselor . At the same time he became Deputy Permanent Representative of Belarus to international organizations in Vienna.

In 2013 he became head of the pan-European cooperation department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. On December 13, 2016, he took over the office of Belarusian ambassador to Germany .

Personal

Denis Sidorenko is married and has two daughters. He also speaks German , English and French .
