Denis Zovko (born February 20, 1975 in Mostar , Yugoslavia) is a former Croatian football player and current coach.

Career as a player

Denis Zovko played in the 1990/91 season for HSK Zrinjski Mostar in the 1st Yugoslav League , from 1991/92 in the Premijer Liga . In 1993 Denis Zovko moved to Dinamo Zagreb and later to Inter Zaprešić . In 1996/97 he returned for one season to HSK Zrinjski Mostar before moving to SK Vorwärts Steyr in the Austrian Bundesliga in 1997 . After 3 years Zovko went to Russia, to the 2nd team of Torpedo Moscow . There he ended his active career.

Career as a coach

After his resignation, Denis Zovko held various positions (including tactics, technology and assistant coach) at HSK Zrinjski Mostar .
