Ves Touškov's depot
The Ves Touškov depot (also a hoard find of Ves Touškov ) is a depot find of the Early Bronze Age Aunjetitz culture from Ves Touškov in Plzeňský kraj , Czech Republic . It dates to between 1800 and 1600 BC. The depot is now in the West Bohemian Museum in Pilsen .
Find history
The depot was discovered after 1918 west of Ves Touškov in the direction of Mířovice on the parcel "Rear Trift" or "Pfarracker" while digging in a field. It was at a depth of 20 cm. The site is on level ground.
composition
The depot consists of two bronze objects : two heel axes and two socket axes . The spout of an ax was wrapped in wire, which is lost today.
