Der Eugen is an 86-part German television series. It was produced by the Süddeutscher Rundfunk Stuttgart. The eight-minute episodes were broadcast from 1986 in the regional evening program of the ARD between the commercials.

The series tells turbulent stories about the fictional Swabian winery Eisele. The scripts were penned by various authors (including Peter Grohmann , Marielis Brommund ) who worked with Felix Huby . Was directed by Theo Mezger and others. The main role of Eugen Eisele was embodied by Walter Schultheiss . Other leading roles played Ilse Künkele as his wife Elsbeth, Trudel Wulle as his sister Rosa, Alexander Gittinger as his nephew Karl, Thomas Reiner as Gottfried Hemmerle and Regina Faerber as Sybille Meier.

The film was shot in Fellbach-Schmiden ("Weingut Eisele" in Salierstrasse) and Stuttgart-Untertürkheim ("Weinkeller des Weingut").

From 2012, episodes 1–60 were published on three DVDs by SWR .
