Ilse Künkele

Ilse Künkele (born April 25, 1925 in Stuttgart ; † April 24, 1992 there ; actually Ilse Rabanus-Künkele ) was a German actress .

After completing her acting training in 1943, she began as an apprentice at the Württemberg State Theater in Stuttgart. From 1944 to 1950 she was part of the ensemble there . In 1950 she got an engagement at the Deutsches Theater Göttingen , where she worked until 1958. From 1959 to 1962 she worked at the Bavarian State Theater in Munich. Then she made guest appearances on various stages. When she died at the age of 66, she left behind a multitude of impressive roles, because the trained theater actress Ilse Künkele also often played in film and television productions, such as in the television series Oh God, Mr. Pastor at the side of Robert Atzorn and Maren Kroymann or Der Eugen . She often worked in the studios of the Süddeutscher Rundfunk . Walter Schultheiss was often her partner. Felix Huby wrote the tricky sentences for her in the script.

She was married and had a son born in 1958. Their popularity is due to their Swabian character, which was characterized by their kinky, resolute and grumpy nature with sour features.
