Der Kunsthandel is a monthly German trade magazine for wholesalers and retailers in the art print trade and framing industry .

The magazine was first published in January 1909 by Wilhelm Möller in Lübeck Verlag as an "organ for the interests of the entire art trade and related professions". With its articles on manufacturing, trade, and market trends, it fulfilled a long-needed task. Each issue contained a complete, illustrated list of new publications. From 1918 the lists of the trade fair exhibitors were also printed. The paper was published every fortnight from 1920 to 1932. The older editions of the art trade are an essential historical source of images and text for folklore research on wall decorations .

Later publishing locations were Bad Harzburg and Heidelberg . After the sheet was temporarily taken over by various specialist publishers, it is now published by Der Kunsthandel Verlag GmbH in Dreieich . Manfred Möller is the managing director.

From 2013 to 2014, Harenberg Verlag held a 74.9 percent stake in Kunsthandel Verlag.
