Desmodus, the little vampire (original title: Little Vampire, alternative title: Desmodus the vampire ) is a French cartoon series that was produced between 2003 and 2005 .

The little vampire Desmodus actually has a good life. But he is bored and would like to go to school like any normal boy. Later, however, he met the orphan boy Michael and had many adventures with him from there.
Production and publication
The series was produced in France between 2003 and 2005 by France Animation, France 3, Story and TAFFY Entertainment. This resulted in 26 episodes. Directed by Christian Choquet and Gilles Deyries and the script was written by Joann Sfar . The German premiere took place on March 4, 2006 on Das Erste in the Tigerenten Club . Further broadcasts in German-speaking countries also took place on SWR TV and KiKA . In addition, several DVDs were produced for the series.
