Detlef Gaedt

Detlef Gaedt (* 1938 ; † March 15, 2005 in Düsseldorf ) was a German entrepreneur.

Detlef Gaedt has always worked in the catering industry. In 1968 he joined the Stockheim Group in Düsseldorf . There he got into the company management very quickly. Gaedt was regarded as the soul and engine of the company. Until 2000 he was a managing partner of the group of companies and continued to work in an advisory capacity after his retirement. He is credited with having brought all of Air Berlin's air line catering to Stockheim. Gaedt died of lung cancer at the age of 67.
