Detlef Lindner (born December 29, 1964 ) is a former German soccer player .
Career
Lindner started his career at Braunschweiger SV 22 and moved to Eintracht Braunschweig in 1980 . For the 1984/85 season he moved up to the Bundesliga squad. There he made his Bundesliga debut on September 15, 1984, when he was substituted on in the 4-1 away defeat against Fortuna Düsseldorf 35 minutes before the end. This season he was relegated to the 2nd Bundesliga with Braunschweig . In the following two seasons he was used five times in the second division.
