history

The library goes back to the library of the Saxon Esperanto Institute, which was founded in 1908. From 1967 to 1972 she was in the Protestant rectory in Gechingen and then in Bissingen an der Teck , where she was looked after by Pastor Adolf Burkhardt . In 1989 the company moved to the premises of the Aalen City Library, where the library can only be visited after prior registration. It does not actively participate in the interlibrary loan system of public libraries, but accepts orders from libraries that participate in German or international interlibrary loan .

The library is primarily looked after by the Esperanto Group Aalen and financially supported by the city of Aalen and the German Esperanto Association .
