German Association of Notaries Law

The Deutsche Notarrechtliche Vereinigung eV is an organization based in Würzburg that takes care of the " ars notarii " and promotes the scientific treatment and research of national and international notary law . These include in particular issues of contracts , which the notary practice touching problems of procedural and substantive law, the history of the notary and questions of notarial professional law and its development.

The association founded in 1997 supports scientific projects, in particular publications under notary law, e.g. B. through scholarships and other financial contributions, the consideration of notarial law in university teaching and the establishment of a notary law chair at a German university, the establishment of a notary law library that is available to the academic public free of charge.

Any notary , notary a. D. , notary assessor and any other natural person who feels particularly connected to notarial law and wants to contribute to the realization of the association's goals.

Board

Peter Limmer is currently president of the association, while the vice-presidents are Elke Holthausen-Düx and Norbert Frenz.
