The German military cemetery in the Albanian capital Tirana is a military cemetery for German Wehrmacht soldiers who died in World War II . The cemetery is located in the north-west of the Great Park and is the resting place of 60 (as of November 2017) of the approximately 1,800 who were killed by name.

Albania and Germany signed a war graves agreement on April 14, 1994, which came into force on January 7 of the following year. After internal political unrest in Albania subsided, a German military cemetery was set up in 2002 by the Volksbund Deutsche Kriegsgräberfürsorge on an area in the Great Park made available free of charge by the Albanian government.

The cemetery was officially inaugurated on November 19, 2006. The then Albanian Defense Minister Fatmir Mediu and the then German Ambassador Hans-Peter Annen took part in the ceremony.

The facility covers an area of ​​around 150 square meters and is enclosed by a stone wall. In the center there is a granite memorial stone with text engraving in German and Albanian and five crosses. Behind it are eight steles with the names of all the German soldiers who died in Albania. The names of the soldiers buried in the German military cemetery in Tirana are highlighted with a diamond symbol.

The British War Cemetery is also in the Great Park and about 40 meters away .
