Dialgaye is both a commune ( French commune rurale ) and a department encompassing the same area in the West African state of Burkina Faso in the Center-Est region and the Kouritenga province . The community has 37,778 inhabitants in 28 villages, the majority of whom are members of the Mossi .
Dialgaye is on the national road to Togo and was founded by Naaba Kougri.
