Diamond Island is an uninhabited island of Grenada in the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean between Grenada and St. Vincent to the north .

The island belongs to the stretch of island that stretches north from the northern tip of Grenada. Only a narrow channel separates the island from Ronde Island to the south . The island has almost the shape of a diamond and rises up to approx. 100 m .
