The Dickinson Rocks are isolated rocky outcrops in Marie-Byrd Land, West Antarctica . In the Ford Ranges, they tower 15 km northwest of Linwood Peak near the end of Hershey Ridge .
Mapping was based on surveys of the United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939-1941) and the United States Geological Survey and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1959 to 1965. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named this formation in 1970 after the construction mechanic David N. Dickinson (1945–2011) of the Seabees , who worked at Brockton Station on the Ross Ice Shelf from 1965 to 1966 and from 1966 to 1967.
