Dicky Palyama (born March 26, 1978 in Gouda , Netherlands ) is a Dutch national badminton player .
After four Dutch junior titles, he won the European Junior Championship in men's singles in 1997. In 1997 he won the Welsh International , and from 2000 he developed into a series individual champion in the Netherlands . Until 2007 he won all titles there. In 2002 he won the Spanish International and in 2003 the Badminton Open Saarbrücken . In 2007 he and his team BC Amersfoort advanced to the final of the European Cup in Amersfoort after defeating CB Rinconada. Together with Lotte Bruil , Yao Jie , Larisa Griga , Chris Bruil and Eric Pang, they were subject to NL Primorye. At the 2007 World Cup, alongside Przemysław Wacha , Peter Gade and Kenneth Jonassen, he was the only European in the men's singles round of 16. In 2009 he won the Dutch International .
