The sixth season of the entertainment show Die Höhle der Löwen was broadcast from September 3 to November 12, 2019 by the German free TV broadcaster VOX . The moderation was again taken over by Ermias Habtu . Carsten Maschmeyer , Frank Thelen , Judith Williams , Georg Kofler , Dagmar Wöhrl , Ralf Dümmel and Nils Glagau could be seen as “lions” . However, only five of the investors could be seen per pitch, and they took turns accordingly.

  • 1.3 In the end, Williams did not invest, but Glagau kept the promised 30% alone.
    1.5The last offer from Kofler and Maschmeyer was € 700,000 for 28%. Lind declined the offer and offered the two a maximum of 25%. While he was leaving the studio, Kofler and Maschmeyer discussed who did not want to give up the deal because of 3%. For the first time in the history of the show, the two investors brought the 19-year-old back into the studio and agreed on an investment of 25.01%, as Kofler and Maschmeyer wanted at least the option of blocking minority .
    2.1From the press release of rezemo GmbH it emerges that the deal failed retrospectively because there are different views on the strategic direction. The three investors are said to have pledged support.
    2.3The deal fell through in the aftermath of the show due to disagreements about how the company should continue to develop. Kofler promised the founders further support afterwards.
    3.5 Following the broadcast, Dümmel invested a different investment amount in an unknown amount and now holds 10% company shares.
    4.1 In the end, Glagau did not invest in the company, Wöhrl invested € 40,000 instead.
    4.5 The deal fell apart in the aftermath of the broadcast due to disagreements over how the company was valued.
    8.3 The deal did not materialize after filming because Thelen's team saw the market as too small and could not have given the founders ideal support.
    8.5 Ms. Wöhrl receives € 1 back for each bottle sold, until the investment amount of € 450,000 is reached.
    10.3 According to the recording, Dümmel invested 200,000 for 20% instead of 300,000 for 30%.
