The creature is a project by the two singers Dero Goi from Oomph! and Chris Harms ( Lord of the Lost ).

Band history

In 2020 the two singers Dero Goi from Oomph! and Chris Harms (Lord of the Lost) to have started a joint project called Die Kreatur. Before that, the two had each made a guest contribution to the album of the other band. Chris Harms sang along with Europa from the album Ritual , while Dero Goi can be heard in the song Abracadabra from the bonus CD of the album Thornstar . Both albums were released on the record company Napalm Records , which also signed the newly formed duo .

The debut album Panoptikum was released on May 22, 2020 via Napalm Records. The album contained a cover version of the NDW hit Der goldene Reiter by Joachim Witt . Panoptikum reached number 8 in the German charts on May 29, 2020 and number 90 in the Swiss album charts on May 31, 2020.

Music genre

Musically, the duo can be assigned to the New German Hardship. The voices of the two singers are similar in expression and intonation.
