action
Anton Mandlbeck was a prison warden and managed a tenement house for his niece Claudia. Now he has increased the rent, which has led to all tenants protesting against it. When a former prisoner, Franz Höllerer, shows up in the house, he tells the residents that a corporation could buy their house. They all accept the rent increase in the hope of a new apartment and a severance payment. Initially only described as a possibility, after a phone call from Zawopek, a group became aware of the building. Thus, buying a house with its consequences becomes reality. Sigi Pfund and Claudia as well as Guggi and Zawopek have a finer engagement. In the end, Anton Mandlbeck returns to prison service.
