Dietmar Gnedt

Dietmar Gnedt (born June 13, 1957 ) is an Austrian social pedagogue , librarian and writer .

Dietmar Gnedt is the founder of the literary groups "black ink" and "Linienspiegel" as well as a member of the IG authors authors and the PEN club .

At the “ Wiener Werkstattpreis ” in 2000 he took third place in the audience rating. In 2011 he received the “Forum Land Literature Prize”. In 2014 he was awarded the Italian “Mario Rigoni Stern Prize”.

The “aqua mediterran” project was created in collaboration with Milo Dor . Several performances took place in the Orpheum Vienna . He held stage projects and readings in Austria, Germany and Italy. In 2014 he worked with the composer Gandalf as part of the project Der Nachlass Domenico Minettis . He also wrote texts for programs on ORF , ERF and Radio Africa .
