Dietmar Johnen (born November 25, 1965 in Aachen ) is a German politician ( Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen ). From 2011 to 2016 he was a member of the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament .

Dietmar Johnen is a state-certified farmer by profession. From 2001 to 2011 he worked in this profession at his place of residence Großkampenberg . Today he runs a Naturland organic farm with sheep in the Vulkaneifel .

In 2010 he joined the Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen party.

In the state elections in Rhineland-Palatinate in 2011 , he was ranked 16th for the Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen party and, due to the unexpectedly good performance of his party, became a member of the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament until 2016. In the state parliament, he was deputy chairman of the committee for Agriculture and nutrition and spokesman for agriculture , genetic engineering, viticulture and nutrition of his regional association Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen Rhineland-Palatinate .
