Digital land map

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The digital land map ( DFK ) contains the plot-specific representation of the properties , i.e. all parcels and buildings. In addition, usage type boundaries (e.g. between forest and meadow) and important topographical objects (e.g. high-voltage pylons) are shown.

The information from the DFK is structured according to content and enables the user to make a needs-based selection, e.g. B. Representation of only the property boundaries together with the buildings, etc. Additional information of the respective user can be overlaid.

The information from the DFK can be used in a variety of ways and can be displayed on any scale . The DFK is not bound to the rule sheet section of the previous land map , so that any map sections can be produced. The user can adapt the type of representation (character code) to his requirements.

The DFK is issued both in analog form and in standardized file format in digital form by the respective state survey office . The users can therefore either add additional information graphically or manage and evaluate digitally recorded data together with the DFK. These possibilities are of interest to all bodies that need plot-specific graphic information about the land for their tasks. For example, municipalities document their facilities for supply and disposal (sewer, water, street lighting) in additional DFK levels and thus create digital location maps. The lines of the energy supply companies can also be displayed and managed on a DFK basis.
