Dirk Eilert

Dirk W. Eilert (* 1976 ) is a German author on emotional intelligence and body language . As a “face reader”, his assessment is regularly asked for in radio, TV and print media.

Career

After graduating from high school in 1996 and compulsory military service until 1997, Eilert completed a course of study, which he graduated in 2000 with a degree in administrative management . After a subsequent six months as a city ​​inspector in the Spandau district office , Eilert started his own business as a speaker, trainer and coach. He is certified in various scientific coding systems for non-verbal behavior, such as the Facial Action Coding System (FACS) . In 2011 he developed the facial resonance method: a training concept to recognize and interpret emotional signals in body language and to deal with them appropriately. In 2020 he published his latest work decrypting and understanding body language - the Mimikresonanz-Profibox .

From June 2006 to December 2007 Eilert was co-moderator in LifeCoaching-Paradiso on Radio Paradiso , from September 2013 to April 2015 he ran a weekly radio column “The Face Reader” on Radio Eins .

Dirk W. Eilert is married and has two daughters. He lives in Berlin, where he heads the Eilert Academy, which he founded in March 2001.
