The Disneyland Resort Line ( Chinese  迪士尼 綫  /  迪士尼 线 , Pinyin Díshìní xiàn , Jyutping Dik ⁶ si ⁶ nei ⁴ Sin ³ ), earlier this route connection was also known as "Penny's Bay Rail Link" ( 竹篙 灣 鐵路  /  竹篙 湾 铁路 , Zhúgāo Wān Tiělù , Jyutping Zuk ¹ gou ¹ Waan ¹ Tit ³ lou ⁶ ), is a 3.4 km long line of the Mass Transit Railway in Hong Kong .

It connects the Sunny Bay station of the Tung Chung Line with Hong Kong Disneyland on Lantau Island . The route was opened on August 1, 2005, but the amusement park itself only went into operation on September 12. Currently, a four to ten minute cycle is run. A journey between the two stations Sunny Bay and Disneyland Resort takes three and a half minutes.

Specially made underground trains were procured for the new MTR line. In contrast to the other vehicles in the Hong Kong subway network, these have, for example, Mickey Mouse windows that are very noticeable for the passenger. The interior of the trains is also decorated with many Disney motifs.
