Dixie D'Amelio (born August 12, 2001 in Norwalk ) is an American singer and influencer .

Career

After her sister Charli D'Amelio achieved international success with her dance videos on TikTok , Dixie also started recording such dance clips. Thanks to the success of her sister, she was able to reach over 36 million followers on the video platform, making her one of the most subscribed TikTok accounts worldwide.

In January 2020 she was signed to the United Talent Agency. She can also be seen as the lead role in the Attaway General series.

Together with her sister and UNICEF , she spoke out against cyber bullying and body shaming in February 2020 .

In July 2020, her debut single Be Happy was released on the HITCO label, which was chart positions in Great Britain and Canada, among others. The single quickly became a hit on TikTok as well.
