The Dlinnoye Lake ( Russian Озеро Длинное Osero Dlinnoje , German 'Langer See' ; Norwegian Langen ) is a narrow, winding and 800 m long lake not far from the Princess Astrid coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It is located immediately northwest of Tsentral'naya Hill in the Schirmacher Oasis .
Participants in a Soviet Antarctic expedition, which also named it, mapped the lake in 1961. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names translated this name into English in 1970.
