Hald Hovedgård

Dollerup [ ˈdɔlʔəʀob ] is a village in the parish of Dollerup Sogn in the municipality of Viborg , Central Jutland . The village is located in a hilly terminal moraine landscape not far from Hald Sø , Denmark's third deepest lake at 31 m . The Dollerup Bakker recreational area is part of Natura 2000 protected area No. 35.

Until the 18th century, the settlement consisted of four leasehold farms under Gut Hald, 3 km away. The Hald Hovedgård manor house has been state-owned since 1948 and is now a cultural center that v. a. Offers courses and work stays for writers and translators .

From the middle of the 19th century to around 1960 there was a textile factory in the village, which had developed thanks to the Dollerup water mill.

The village church Dollerup was in 1200 in the Romanesque style from granite - blocks erected. It belonged to Gut Hald until 1910.
