The Dolmen du Coustalou is located next to a farm on the southwestern edge of the village of Grèzes , about 16.0 kilometers west of Figeac in the Lot department in France . In France, dolmen is the generic term for Neolithic megalithic structures of all kinds (see: French nomenclature ).

The capstone of dolmen of pudding stone is broken into two pieces that are on two large side panels. It has a low end stone residue and the chamber is filled with rubble.

The dolmen has been registered as a Monument historique since 1965 .

Nearby is the Cloup des Périès dolmen .
