Coulmiers dolmen
The dolmen of Coulmiers (also called Pierres Fenats or Dolmen de Pierre Fenats ) is located east of Épieds-en-Beauce and west of Orléans in the far west of the Loiret department in France . In France, dolmen is the generic term for megalithic structures of all kinds (see: French nomenclature ).
The dolmen in the middle of the field consists of several lateral supporting stones, half an end stone and two grained cap stones. The dolmen has been classified as a monument historique since 1900 .
