Domingo Ramón
Domingo Ramón ( Luis Domingo Ramón Menarges; born March 10, 1958 in Crevillent ) is a former Spanish obstacle runner .
In 1977 he won silver over 2000 m obstacle at the European Junior Athletics Championships in Donetsk .
Over 3000 m obstacle he was eliminated at the European Athletics Championships 1978 in Prague and won silver at the 1979 Mediterranean Games .
At the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow he was fourth with his personal best of 8: 15.74 minutes, and at the European Championship in Athens in 1982 he won bronze.
In 1983 he was tenth at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki . Another silver medal at the Mediterranean Games was followed by a victory at the Ibero-American Championships.
At the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles he was sixth, and at the 1987 World Cup in Rome he failed in the run-up.
He was four times Spanish champion over 3000 m obstacle (1980, 1982-1984).
