Don Coscarelli

Don Coscarelli (born February 17, 1954 in Tripoli , Libya ) is an American film director , screenwriter and producer .

Life

Don Coscarelli is famous for the film series Phantasm , which he wrote and directed , the first part of which was made in 1979 and which has so far been followed by four more parts. At the end of March 2014, Coscarelli released the trailer for the fourth sequel. He is also the creator of the Beastmaster series.

He made his first film at the age of 19.

He produces his films himself and also writes the scripts. In 2012 he directed the horror comedy John Dies at the End and started pre-production of Bubba Nosferatu: Curse of the She-Vampires .
