Giorgi Oniani ( Georgian გიორგი ონიანი ; born September 7, 1983 in Tbilisi ) is a Georgian football player.
The defender began his career with Lokomotive Tbilisi . He moved to Sioni Bolnissi via Dinamo Batumi and FC Tiflis. In the 2006/07 season Giorgi Oniani was voted the best defender in the Georgian 1st division.
For the 2007/08 season he moved to FC Carl Zeiss Jena , which he was able to leave for free after the club's relegation to the third division after a year. Then he returned to his Georgian homeland.
