Don Guidice

Don Guidice (born October 14, 1932 in Los Angeles , California , † March 11, 2010 in Newport Beach , California) was an American film editor .

Life

Guidice began working in the field of film editing in the mid-1960s, initially as an assistant editor. He worked several times with the editor Fredric Steinkamp , with whom he was able to design some films as co-editor in the 1970s. From the 1980s to the early 90s, he was again mainly active as an assistant editor.

At the 1976 Academy Awards , he and Fredric Steinkamp were nominated for an Oscar in the Best Editing category for their work on The Three Days of Condor .
