Don Wilson (born September 10, 1954 in Illinois , USA ) is an American actor and kickboxer . His nickname is "The Dragon" , so that he appears in films as Don 'The Dragon' Wilson.

Life

Growing up in Florida, he started kickboxing in the early 1970s and became one of the most successful kickboxers of all time. He won numerous titles, including eleven world championship titles.

His film career began in 1989 with the lead role in the film Blood Fist Fighter , which was produced by Roger Corman . Since then, Wilson has starred in numerous B-action films, some of which he produced himself. These include the - at least in German-speaking countries - seven sequels of his first film Bloodfist . He made a small appearance in 1995 in Batman Forever . Between 2007 and 2015 he only appeared in a short film, since 2015 his film projects have increased again.
