action

Johnny Woo and his girlfriend Julie are dragged into a jewelry heist while they are about to buy engagement rings . Johnny manages to overpower one of the attackers, but Julie is seriously injured in the process. One of the jewel thieves is also being treated in the hospital. When the rest of the gang tries to free him, there is another exchange of fire in which the thief is shot. Detective Lopez Kalin can arrest the leader of the gang, but the rest of the gang grab Julie. Kalin also escapes the police.

Johnny is doing everything possible to save his girlfriend. Together with Brad, Chuck, Kwong and Li (known from the first part) they tackle the underworld and learn about the "underground", a secret city under the earth, where gangs rule. Johnny enters the "underground". In the first battle he meets the Vietnam War veteran Ernest, who offers himself as a tour guide. A short time later, the rest of the group also enters the "underground". Johnny and Ernest slowly fight their way through dark vaults and repeatedly meet gangs. In the meantime, Kalin has put a bounty on Johnny. Whenever a gang fails, a member of the gang must face Predator in a life-and-death battle. Brad, Chuck, Kwong and Li also make progress, but are overwhelmed by a gang of amazons . In doing so, however, Kwong can win the heart of one of the muscle-bound women. The rest will be taken to Kalin.

Brad has to face Predator and wins too. Now Johnny reaches the headquarters of Kalin and is supposed to compete against him. But Ernest attacks the headquarters with weapons and in the general firefight, Johnny and his friends escape. Outside the aisle area, there is a decisive fight between Johnny and Kalin, which Johnny can win.
