Donato Antonio Donofrio

Donato Antonio Donofrio (born July 25, 1930 in Bella ) is an Italian geologist .

Donofrio earned his doctorate in 1975 at the University of Innsbruck Dr. phil. (Geology). From 1975 he was first research assistant at the Institute for Geology and Paleontology at the University of Innsbruck, then assistant. As a geologist, Donofrio also works in the fields of stratigraphy and micropalaeontology .
