The Donnerbruch is a 4-hectare nature reserve east of Lammersdorf .
description
The small area is a small green area interspersed with trees, the central area is fallow. In addition to the dominant turf, there are only a few moisture indicators left, such as swamp thistle , swamp yarrow and swamp horn clover . The drainage ditches should be closed in order to achieve better rewetting.
Protection purpose
The designation as a nature reserve serves to preserve the habitat for several plant and animal species that are endangered according to the Red List in North Rhine-Westphalia, which live in bog, dwarf shrub heather, bristle grass lawn, dry forest, wet and humid grassland.
