Donny Elwood
Donny Elwood aka Ella Owoudou Albert Dieudonné, (* 1968 in Ebolowa , Cameroon ) is a Cameroonian chansonnier who is often mistaken for a member of the pygmies because of his extremely successful song "Je suis pygmée" . In his songs, he describes the everyday life and misery of ordinary people in a humorous way. He performs his songs accompanied by a guitar in French and Ewondo . His music style is a mixture of makossa , bikutsi and blues. In his own way, he follows the tradition of Francis Bebey .
